OWNER OF DISCOVERING WELLNESS & NATIONAL BOARD CERTIFIED HEALTH & WELLNESS COACH

As an NBC-HWC, Rachelle is a supportive mentor and wellness authority that works with clients to help them feel their best through food and lifestyle changes. Instead of recommending one diet or way of exercising, she tailors individualized wellness programs to meet her clients' needs.

She has been consulting and teaching clients how to improve their overall health and wellness for the past 10 years and has had the privilege of working with Inspera Health participants and Dr. Kimberly Kaye Castaneda’s patients. She also worked with Sage Technologies to consult and educate Blue Cross/Blue Shield participants in preventative health to improve their health and chronic conditions.

After years of struggling with her own health in her early 30’s, she left her corporate job and enrolled in the Institute of Integrative Nutrition where she studied hundreds of dietary theories and learned the impact of proper nutrition on overall health, all in an effort to feel her best. Her personal health and wellbeing showed such great improvement she decided to open her first wellness business in 2011 to help others do the same.

She continues to research and keep up to date with the latest studies regarding nutrition, diet and supplements to provide the most up-to-date information for her client's needs and to maintain her own personal health goals. Rachelle is well versed in supplements and is board certified through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.

Rachelle’s passion is to continue educating people on how to take care of themselves in a way that provides them with long, healthy, vibrant lives.

Miranda Stewart
Office Manager

Miranda Stewart is one of our amazing Office Managers. She is one of the ladies you will talk to for scheduling appointments, getting your questions answered, et cetera.

Miranda began her journey with Holistic health in 2019 and paved the way for her family's healing. She is passionate about helping others heal holistically and naturally just as she and her family has.

If Miranda isn't working in the office, you will find her spending time with her wonderful husband and children. She is involved in the prophetic ministry at her church and has a desire to continue to learn about God's original intent for the body.

Karen Larson
Office Manager

Karen Larson is one of our incredible Office Managers. She is one of the ladies you will talk to for scheduling appointments, getting your questions answered, et cetera.

Karen has been a patient at Discovering Wellness for a few years now and has been on her own holistic health journey as well. She loves to help others, is very compassionate, and hardworking. 

When Karen isn't working in the office, you will find her loving on people, spending time with her family and friends, and learning about nutrition.
